Ratcliffe Wealth & Risk Management

Hello, and welcome! Thanks for dropping by my website and blog.

As an insurance advisor and a Registered Health Underwriter, I am passionate about the living benefits. My goal is to educate about disability income replacement, critical illness insurance and long-term care insurance, and other coverage. Investments and life insurance are often discussed, but the living benefits ensure you are looked after if disabled. They protect your income and your assets.

If you are a business owner, ask if your shareholder or partnership buy-sell agreement addresses disability, as well as death, and if it is properly funded with insurance dollars. Additional considerations should be business overhead expense and key person coverage.

Promoting the living benefits recognizes the importance and value of group and association plans. It includes analysis to identify gaps between what is provided and potential needs, and it relies on presenting appropriate options. My message is that coverage should be sought sooner, rather than later, while health is good and age related premiums are lower.

I welcome the opportunity to meet with individuals, employers, and groups to talk about the living benefits and how they fit within a comprehensive financial plan. Please discuss this important topic with me or with your advisor.
