There is no comparison to the rewarding feeling you get when you invest in your first home. The ability to call your dream home your own can send chills of joy down your spine. However, many have yet to reach that spectacular moment when the keys are finally exchanged. The road to achieving this goal can be long, but this is no reason to be discouraged. It is wiser to take the slower and steady road than jump into an investment you cannot afford. Taking the slow road will also help you prevent potholes from forming in your path of progress when you are trying to make an offer on a home.
